How will linx2Validate help me?

As a learner  you can manage electronic and printed versions of your qualification documents (certificates, transcripts, secure letters, and any other official documents). This means viewing electronic copies of your documents, sharing online access with employers and other third parties, or purchasing replacement certificates.

As an employer  you can view online qualification documents to which learners have given you access. You may also request access from learners whose documents you wish to view or request an extension to your access period. Learners can revoke access at any time.

Will my electronic documents be shared securely with other people?

Yes, when you have given permission. We have taken extreme measures to prevent fraud and make it as safe as possible to share your documents. By revoking access when required and deciding who has access to your documents you have control over exactly who views your documents, which documents they see, when they see them, and for how long. Although these electronic documents have been published by VTCT they are invalid if printed directly from Linx2Validate. Valid printed documents can be purchased through the Orders section.

I achieved my qualifications a while ago. Can I create an account to see my documents electronically?

Past learners are supported through Linx2Validate, however, achievements prior to 2009 may not be available. You may be able to purchase printed certificates, transcripts, or letters of confirmation by using the Contact Support section.

If you no longer have your learner ID to register please contact VTCT using the Contact Support section.

How are the electronic documents created?

Upon printing your physical documents an electronic version is uploaded to Linx2Validate. Only specific personnel at VTCT can print or publish these documents and security measures are in place to stop anyone else accessing your documents. If you notice an error on your documents please contact VTCT using the Contact Support section.

Who do I contact with any issues, complaints or compliments?

Please contact VTCT using the Contact Support section.
